休闲体育教育:21世纪高校体育教育的价值取向

Leisure Sports Education:Value Orientation of P.E. in the 21st Century University

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国不同历史时期学校体育价值取向进行分析,发现我国的学校体育在不同的历史阶段呈现出不同的价值取向。随着高校教育改革的深入,以及休闲时代的到来,高校体育教育应面向未来社会对人才培养的要求,在“以人为本”“健康第一”的思想指导下,休闲体育教育将成为21世纪高校体育教育价值取向的最佳选择。

Through literature review and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the value orientation of school sports in our country at the different historical stages, during which value orientation of school sports varied. With the deepening of university educational reform and the arrival of leisure times, it is high time for university P. E. be geared to the need of cultivating talented people for future society. Under the ＂People - oriented＂ and Health - utmost guideline, leisure sports inevitably become the best choice as value orientation of P. E. in the 21st century university.
