新疆少数民族体育女教师职业倦怠的调查研究

Investigations with Languid Job of Sports Schoolmarm's of Ethnic Minority of Xinjiang

体育教师是职业倦怠感的高发人群,采用问卷调查法研究新疆少数民族体育女教师的职业倦怠现状和影响因素。结果表明:少数民族体育青年女教师比中老年教师的职业倦怠状况严重,心理落差及个人心理承受能力是造成职业倦怠的主要因素,并随着学校层次的提升职业倦怠有下降趋势。

Sports teachers are the high - frequency group having job languish sense, this paper adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire to study current situation of the burnout and affect factor of the PE - schoolmarm of ethnic minorities of Xinjiang. The result shows that the young PE - schoolmarm of ethnic minorities has more serious burnout than middle - aged and old teacher. Psychological gap and personal psychological endurance are main factors causing the burnout. With the level of school improving, there is a downward trend of the burnout.
