高颈段脊膜瘤的手术切除
摘要
脊膜瘤占椎管内肿瘤的11．4％;在一组78例脊膜瘤报道中,颈段病变占27％。高颈段脊膜瘤报道不多,作者近4年来手术切除5例,本文就其临床特点和手术方法进行初步分析。
