神经导航显微手术切除脑内海绵状血管瘤

摘要 对于脑内海绵状血管瘤(cavernous angiomas,CA)的治疗,手术切除病灶是首选的治疗方法,但术中定位功能区或脑深部的CA因病灶小或位置深的CA比较困难,这长期以来一直是神经外科面临的难题。神经导航技术能精确定位,合理设计手术方案和手术入路,避开功能区,寻找最佳路径,达到以最小手术损伤获得切除病灶和最大限度保留神经功能的目的。我科2002年12月至2007年2月应用神经导航辅助显微手术切除脑内CA共17例,取得了良好的效果。
