摘要
颞叶内侧癫痫(MTLE)是指与颞叶内侧海马结构相关病理导致的癫痫,临床主要表现为复杂部分性发作,病理以海马硬化为典型特征,动物实验证明短暂或持续的癫痫发作可导致脑内神经元的凋亡和多种凋亡相关基因的表达,如凋亡调节蛋白、caspase家族成员,caspase -3是细胞凋亡的信号转导通路的关键效应酶,
