摘要
介绍以氯化聚乙烯、磁粉等为原料,采用挤出工艺成型电冰箱用的各向同性磁性塑料条。探讨了磁粉填充量、成型工艺条件、脉冲放电充磁等因素对磁性塑料条磁性能、力学性能的影响。
The isotropic plastic magnetic strip used for refrigerators, produced by extrusion moulding with CPE (chlorinated polyethylene)and magnetic particles as raw material has been introduced. The influence of many factors, such as the content of filled magnetic particles, forming conditions and pulse electric discharge magnetization on the magnetic and mechanical properties of the magnetic strips has also been studied.
