益气聪明丸治疗耳鸣60例

60 cases of Yi Qi Cong Ming Pills in the Treatment of Tinnitus

目的观察口服益气聪明丸治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将耳鸣患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例(48耳)口服益气聪明丸;对照组30例(40耳)口服都可喜、辅酶Q10。两组均连续用药1个月。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为79.2%、62.5%,且治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气聪明丸治疗耳鸣安全、且具有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yi Qi Cong Ming pills for oral use. Methods The patients with tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases （ 48 ears ） in the therapeutic group were treated with Yi Qi Cong Ming pills; 30 cases （40 ears ） in the control group were treated with Du Ke Xi and coenzymeQ10. Both groups were treated for 1 month. Results The total effective rates of the therapeutic group and the control group were 79.2% and 62.5% respectively, and the total efficacy of the therapeutic group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yi Qi Cong Ming pills is safe for treating tinnitus, and has a favorable efficacy.
