益气活血方对高脂血症大鼠血液流变学影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effects of Yi Qi Huo Xue Prescription on Hemorheology of Rats with Hyperlipemia

目的研究益气活血方药对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法采用高脂乳剂造模,用益气活血方大、小剂量连续给药21 d,测血脂及血液流变学指标。结果该方药能明显降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白,降低血粘度。结论益气活血方药能调节血脂,改善血液流变学异常。

Objective To study the effects of Yi Qi Huo Xue prescription on blood- lipid and hemorheology of rats with hyperlipemia. Methods High - lipid emulsion was used for molding. High and low doses of Yi Qi Huo Xue prescription were administered for 21 days. Blood - lipid and hemorheology index were determined. Results This prescription significantly reduced the levels of total cholesterol （TC） , triglyceride （TG） and low density lipoprotein （LDL） , raised high density lipoprotein （ HDL）, and lowerd the blood viscosity. Conclusion Yi Qi Huo Xue prescription can adjust blood lipid, and improve the situation of abnormal hemorheology.
