进行了鼓风炉挥发造锍熔炼处理高铜锑精矿的工业试验。该方法实现了锑、铜分离,锑挥发以粗氧化锑回收,粗锑氧回收率≥97%,60%以上的铜富集在冰铜中回收利用,解决了含铜粗锑难以精炼的问题。
The paper describes the industrial experiment on the volatilization-matte making smelting of antimony concentrate bearing high copper in blast furnace. During the smelting process, the separation of antimony and copper is carried out, antimony in the concentrate is volatilized into furnace gas and recovered in the form of Sb2O3, the recovery efficiency of antimony is higher than 97%, more than 60% copper is enriched in antimony matte that could be recovered and utilized. The difficulty of crude antimony refining is eliminated completely
