摘要
在汽车传动轴花键上涂覆尼龙后使用寿命比钢花键有所提高。对尼龙1010涂层做了磨耗、冲击和附着力试验。采用静电喷涂法制得尼龙涂覆花键样品,并进行了台架和道路行驶试验。
on the auto transmission shaft, the service life of the spline coated with nylon is longer than that of the steel one. The abrasion, impact and adhesion test was conducted with nylon 1010 coating. The sample of spline coated with nylon was made through electrostatic spraying, and the jack horse and road running test was also carried out.
