不同钾镁源添加剂缓解奶牛热应激的效应分析 被引量:10

摘要 2006年7-9月在上海秋红牧场,选择产量和泌乳天数接近的健康初产牛36头,随机分成三组,分别用氯化钾(100g)和氧化镁(50g)、硫酸钾镁盐(150g)、碳酸钾(100g)和氧化镁(50g)等三种不同的钾镁来源试验对奶牛缓解热应激的效应。结果表明:使用硫酸钾镁的组别与氯化钾组、碳酸钾组相比,产奶量分别少下降2.5kg(P<0.05)和1.18kg(P>0.05);直肠温度分别低0.6℃(P<0.01)和0.2℃(P>0.05);而碳酸钾组和氯化钾组相比,产奶量少下降1.32kg(P>0.05),直肠温度低0.4℃(P>0.05)。总的来讲,添加硫酸钾镁对缓解奶牛热应激效果明显,碳酸钾次之,氯化钾最差,具体机理还需进一步分析探究。 During July to September in 2006 in Shanghai Qiuhong Pasture, 36 healthy cow with the similar yield of milk and the days of lactation were chosen, and randomly divided into three groups, with were experimented with KCI(100 g) and MgO(50 g),MgKSO4 (100 g),K2CO3(100 g) and MgO (50 g) to test the effection of these magnesium resource to relieve heat stress of cos. The results showed that the yield of milk of the group with MgKS04 was less 2.5 kg(P〈0.05) and 1.18(P〉0.05) respectively comparing to the groups with KC1 and K2C03; the temperature of rectum was low 0.6 ℃ (P〈0.01) and 0.2 ℃(P〉0.05) respectively; the yield of milk of the group with K2CO3 was less 1.32 kg(P〉0.05), temperature of rectum was low 0.4 ℃(P〉0.03) comparing to the group with KC1. So the effection of adding MgKSO4 to reliev heat stress of cow was the most distinct, then the K2CO3, the Worst was KC1, and specific mechanism still needs to be studied further.
