摘要
通过比较板厚为1+1 mm的镀锌钢板与等厚度的普通钢板的点焊形核过程,针对表面镀锌层对点焊形核的影响,研究了镀锌钢板在单脉冲和双脉冲点焊时的形核机理.分析表明:表面镀锌层会延缓熔核的形成;采用合理的镀锌钢板双脉冲点焊规范,能够有效地减少锌在熔核中的残余量,提高了点焊质量的稳定性.
After comparing the spot welding nucleation process of the 1 + 1 (mm) thick galvanized steel sheet with non-galvanized one, this paper analyses the effect of galvanized layer on the nucleation of spot welding, and examines the nucleation mechanism in case of single and double pulse spot welding. The result indicates that the galvanized layer will delay the nugget formation;that the zinc remainders can be effectively reduced when adopting the technique of doubel pulse resistance spot welding, which greatly improves the quality of spot welding.
