摘要 正-斜双联齿轮塑件由直齿轮和螺旋斜齿轮两部分组成,两部分之间有一底径为12mm,宽5mm的环形凹槽。设计了正-斜双联齿轮注塑模,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用四板结构,三次分型,一模一腔,四点浇口进浇,斜销-哈夫滑块侧向分型抽芯,推管推件,型环旋转脱螺旋斜齿轮。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,成型塑件精度高。 Gear compound consists of spur gear and helical gear, between them is an annular groove with diameter of 12mm by width of 5mm. The injection mould for spur-helical gear compound was designed and the mould structure and operation principle were discussed. The mould is characterized by: four plates, one mould for one cavity, four pin-points gates, side coring with angle pin, sleeve ejector and cavity rotated for the demoulding of helical gear. The mould is compact in structure, realiable and easy in operation. The accuracy of moulded part is high.
