摘要
建立了一种准确测定电子电气产品中阻燃剂含量的高效液相色谱方法,该方法以甲苯/甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用微波辅助萃取法进行提取,采用硅胶柱进行净化,以甲醇/缓冲溶液为流动相,在反相C18色谱柱上进行梯度淋洗。该方法对于多溴联苯的回收率为89%-103%,多溴联苯醚的回收率为74%-104.53%,相对标准偏差均小于10%,具有较好的准确性和精密度。在信噪比为5时,该方法的检测限为0.1-0.5mg/kg。
An analytical method was established for the determination of the content of the flame retardants in electrical and electronic products, using HPLC and microwave-assisted extraction. A mixture of toluene/methanol as the extracting agent, and a silicone column was used for the purification. The analysis was carried out in a reversed-phase C18 column by gradient elution with methanol/buffered water as the mobile phase. The recovery varied from 89% to 103% for polybromobiphenyls, while 74% to 104.53% for polybromobiphenyl ethers respectively, and the relative standard derivation was all less than 10%. The limit of detection was 0.1 to 0.5mglkg at SIN (signal/noise)=5.
