脊柱韧带骨化的研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS IN OSSIFICATION OF VERTEBRAL LIGAMETA

黄韧带骨化、后纵韧带骨化都是引起椎管狭窄的病因,可导致脊髓、神经根受压而进一步出现临床症状,目前越来越受到临床关注。本文就黄韧带骨化和后纵韧带骨化的病因和发病机制作一简要综述。

Ossification of ligamenta flava （OLF） and ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament （OPLL） are one of the etiological factors in spinal canal stenosis, that can bring on the compression of the spinal cord and nerve root to occurring the clinical symptom. At present, the clinicians more pay close and more attention to it. In this article the etiological factors and pathogenesis of OLF and OPLL are discussed briefly.
