微波与血管钳挤压法治疗传染性软疣疗效观察

Comparative obsrevation on the effect of microwave and pressurization with blood vessel forceps on Infectious mulluscum

目的观察微波和传统血管钳挤压两种方法治疗传染性软疣的疗效和不良反应。方法604例传染性软疣患者随机分为两组,分别应用微波(治疗组n=324)和传统的血管钳挤压法(对照组n=280)两种方法治疗。结果微波组首次治愈率与总治愈率均高于血管钳挤压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期间患者感觉重度疼痛人数的比例、治疗后感染及留下疤痕及色素改变等不良反应人数的比例微波组明显少于血管钳挤压组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微波治疗传染性软疣疗效好,不良反应少,操作简单,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse effects of the patients with molluseum contagiosum treated with microwave. Methods There 604 patients with molluscum contagiosum were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 324 cases treated with microswave and control group consisted of 280 cases treated with conventional pressurization by blood vessel forceps. Results The first and total cure rates of the treatment group were all significantly higher than that of the control group; Furthermore, the adverse effects, such as pain, infection, scar, pigment alterations in ptients of treatment group were all significantly lower than that of the control group during the therapy. Conclusion Microwave therapy of is effective on patients with molluscum contagiosum and it is worthy of popularization for clinial use as it is simple and with less less side effects than the conventional therapy.
