奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎48例疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Ornidazole on 48 patients with trichomonal vaginitis

目的观察奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果和不良反应。方法将96例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用奥硝唑口服,对照组则服用甲硝唑治疗。结果治疗组的显效率为93.8%,对照组的显效率为72.9%,两者比较,差异有极显著性(χ2=7.50,P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率(97.9%)也显著高于对照组的81.25%(χ2=7.14,P<0.01);治疗组的不良反应率(12.5%)则显著低于对照组的39.6%(χ2=9.14,P<0.01)。结论奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎安全有效,可作为滴虫性阴道炎的首选药物。

Objective To observe the effect of omidazole on trichomonal vaginitis and its side effects. Methods There 96 cases with trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 48 cases and treated with omidazole for a course of five days, and control group consisted of 48 cases treated with metromidazole for a course of seven days. Results The marked effective rates in treatment group and control group were 93.8 % and 72.9%, showing significant difference （ P 〈 0.01）. The total effectiveness rates in treatment group and control group were 97.9% and 81.25%, salso showing significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. The rate of side effects in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （12.5% vs 39.6%, P 〈0. 01）. Condusion Omidazole is effective and safe in treatment of trichomonal vaginitis, and it can be the drug of first choice for the disease.
