云南省2006年肾综合征出血热监测研究

Analysis of results in monitoring of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Yunnan Province in 2006

目的了解云南省肾综合征出血热流行病学特点,提供科学的防治依据。方法收集全省2006年疫情资料,并在监测点采集人血清及鼠肺和鼠血清作汉坦病毒抗原和抗体检查。结果2006年全省共报告本病39例,死亡1例,年发病率为0.05/10万,病死率为2.56%。主要发病地区为大理州、昆明市和红河州。疫区人群隐性感染率为6.90%。2006年在泸西、寻甸和永胜监测点捕获鼠类10种810只,居民区以褐家鼠和黄胸鼠为优势鼠种,野外以高山姬鼠、中华姬鼠和大绒鼠为优势鼠种。鼠间汉坦病毒带毒率为4.13%,带病毒鼠种为褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、高山姬鼠、中华姬鼠和大绒鼠。结论监测区内存在以褐家鼠和黄胸鼠为主要宿主的家鼠型疫源地,也存在着以高山姬鼠、中华姬鼠和大绒鼠为主的野鼠型疫源地。应采取以灭鼠和接种家鼠型或两型混合疫苗为主的防治措施。

Objective To understand the epidemiologieal characteristic of hemordmgie fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） in Yunnan Province for offering a scientific reference. Methods The data of HFRS infections in Yunnan were conected; human sera and lung tissue and sera of rodents in the monitoring counties were sampled and assayed for detecting antibody and antigen of hantavirus. Results The 39 cases and l deaths had been reported in Yunnan in 2006 wih incidence of 0 . 05/100 , 00O and the case fatality rate of 2.56%. The main prevalent areas were in Dali prefecture, Kunming city and Honghe prefecture. The latent infection rate was 6.90% in population in the prevalent areas. There 810 rodents belonged to 10 species were captured in monitoring counties of Luxi, Xundian and Yongshen. The rodents of Rattus norvegicus and Rattus flavipectus were the dominant species in human dwelling areas, the rodents of Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus draca and Eothenomys miletus were the dominant species in the fields. The hantavirus- carrying rate was 4.13% in rodents. Hantovirus was detected from Rattus norvegicus, Rattus flavipectus, Apodemus agrarius. Apodemus draca and Eothenomys miletus. Conclusion There are the foci mainly with the domestic hosts of Rattus norvegicus and Rattusflavipectus. There are also foci mainly with campestral hosts of Apodemus agrar/us and Apodemus draca and Eothenomys miletus in the monitoring areas. Thus effective measures be taken including vacination and elimination of rodents ine for control I-IFRS.
