三种血细胞分析仪测定指标可靠性评价分析

Assessment of reliability of principal determination indexes of three common hemotological analyzer

目的评价三型常用血细胞分析仪的主要测定指标的可靠性。方法根据1984年国际血液学标准化委员会ICSH公布的关于自动血细胞计数仪评价的文件,用标准全血质控液以WBC、RBC、HB、HCT、PLT5个测试项目评价Sysmex T-2000i、Sysmex KX 21N和Beckman Coulter AcT diff2三型血细胞分析仪的批内精密度、批间精密度、高低互染率等指标,然后比较20份患者新鲜全血样本在三型仪器上的测定数据。结果三型血细胞分析仪的测定结果批内精密度、批间精密度、高低互染率等结果经单个样本t检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者标本在三型仪器上的测定结果经两两配对t检验分析差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三型血细胞分析仪的主要性能指标均符合要求,5项测定指标结果差异在允许范围内;同一实验室对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行定期比对和每天以新鲜全血标本对血细胞分析仪进行质控十分重要,是保证检测结果准确可靠的有效方法。

Objective To assess the reliability of main parameters of the three automatic hematology analyzers. Methods Refering to the document announced by the International Hematology Standardization Committee ICSH in 1984, the accuracy, the intra and inter- assay precisions and the height mutually dyeing rate of the analyzers were compared by determinaiton of WBC, RBC, FIB, Hct, Pit of the standard whole blood samples from 20 subjects. Results There no significant differences were observed among the results of the accuracy, the intra and interassay precision （ P 〉 0.05）, and the height mutually dyeing rate was permitted; results of paired - samples t test showed that there was no significant differences in determination of samples of subject on three instruments （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The hematology analyzers meet the requirements and their results are in good agreement with each other.
