摘要
介绍了全数字化高精度伺服系统。设计了一种以高性能数字信号处理器TMS320F2812为主控核心,采用旋转变压器作为检测元件,伺服驱动单元为无槽结构的稀土永磁无刷直流电动机。实验结果表明,系统运行平稳,具有较好的动态性能,可达到较高的角度位置和速度精度。
A digital controlled high accuracy servo system was designed. The servo system used a slotless rare-earth PM brushless DC motor as servo driver with a resolver was used to test the rotator, and a high performance DSP-TMS320F2812 was used as the controller. Some tests show preliminarily that the system runs Successfully with excellent dynamic performance with high accuracy of angle position and speed control.
