摘要
通过问卷调查,运用双变量相关分析和逻辑回归模型,对在校大学生的就业倾向及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,影响在校大学生就业倾向的因素有两个方面:一是学生的个人背景因素,包括父母的教育水平、来源地和缴纳学费的困难程度等;二是学生受教育背景因素,包括学校类型、学科背景、学生学习成绩以及英语的流利程度等。认为对大学生就业问题的研究不能仅局限于毕业生群体,而应多关注于整个大学生的就业倾向研究。
This paper uses data from a questionnaire survey and employs Bivariate analysis and Logistic Regression to study the occupational aspirations of university students and factors that influence such aspirations. The results of the analysis indicate that there are two sets of factors that affect university students' occupational aspiration : ( 1 ) parents' education, tlnancial capacity, and origin, as well as (2) student's educational background in influencing employment propensity. The study of university students' employment problem cannot be restricted to understanding graduating students as a collective cohort alone, but it should also pay attention to understanding students' occupational aspirations, since experiences throughout the university years tend to influence such aspirations.
