多指标决策在拖带方案优化设计中的应用

摘要 为了克服主观权重决策和熵权决策的缺陷,文中建立了基于综合权重的多指标决策模型。分别从主观和客观两个方面来分析评估指标的权重,迭加得到综合权重,利用综合权重来进行优化决策分析,并根据标准差来校核优化算法的合理性。以拖带方案的优化决策分析为例,简述了多指标决策方法在船舶拖带作业中的应用。 In order to overcome the defects of subjective weighting decision and entropy decision, this paper builds multicriteria decision model basing on synthesis weighting, and analyses and evaluates weighting of an index from subjective and objective sides separately, then superimposes them and gains synthesis weighting, which is used to make analysis of optimum project. And it checks the rationality of the optimum algorithm according to standard deviation. So this paper describes the application of multicriteria decision method in ship towage work through taking example for optimum decision analysis of towage project.
