新疆石河子市土地利用数量变化研究

Study on the Quantity Change of Land Use in Shihezi City,Xinjiang

以新疆石河子市土地变更统计资料,以及其自然、社会、经济数据为依据,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,运用多种数学模型对石河子市土地利用现状、土地利用数量变化进行了探讨。结果表明,近12年来石河子市园地、林地、交通用地、居民点工矿用地的正向变化较明显,而负变化方面,则是以未利用地和耕地的变化最为突出。土地利用结构总体变化不大。土地利用类型的转移以非农建设占用农用地特别是占用耕地现象日益突出为主要特点,并呈现明显的地域差异。早期引起土地利用变化的主要原因是农业结构调整,而经济发展和城市迅速扩张则是后期变化的动因。

The authors analyse the changes of land use in Shihezi City, carry on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the drives of land use quantity change, inquiry into the exploitation in its drives of land change and the reasonable ways of land use. The land use takes place to compare to change greatly in 1992～2004 in Shihezi City, the first with the change of the garden area the woodland, transportation mineral areas , but negative change aspect, the ground and farmland is the most obvious. The population growth and economic growth are the initial social-economic types of driving factor of the total change of land use in Shihezi City, the technical development is the next in order; At the same time, the social-economic factor is the predominant driving factor of the farmland use change in Shihezi City; But the development of the town and industrialization is the predominant driving factor in the late time.
