On Increasing Farmers'Iincome through Employments in Many Channels

当前,农民收入增加缓慢,甚至停滞不前是困扰社会主义新农村建设和构建社会主义和谐社会的主要瓶颈与关键制约因素,实现农民收入的持续稳定增长必须多管齐下,积极推进制度变迁,促进和帮助农民向传统农业部门、农村非农产业、城市服务业部门和城市现代工业分化、分流与转移,以实现收入增加和生活的富足。

Presently, farmers＇ income increase is very slow, even stagnate, which is the main bottleneck and key restricting factor that perplex the construction of both a new socialist countryside and a harmonious society. Multibarrel countermeasures must be adopted in order to realize the sustainable ＆ stable increase of farmers＇income, we must advance the system vicissitude positively, promote and help farmers＇transformation, separation and division to the traditional agricultural department, rural non-agricultural industry, urban modem industry and tertiary industry respectively so as to increase farmers＇ income and wealth.
