摘要
新凯恩斯主义的失业理论在微观经济的基础上,说明了劳动市场失效和“非自愿失业”的原因,克服了凯恩斯主义考察失业问题不论及劳动市场的缺陷,新凯恩斯主义劳动市场论的关键性假设是工资粘性,可分为名义工资粘性和实际工资粘性。新凯恩斯主义用交错调整工资论和长期劳动合同论来说明名义工资粘性;用隐含合同理论、内部人—外部人理论、效率工资理论来阐述实际工资粘性。新凯恩斯主义失业理论有很强的政策含义,对于我国解决就业问题有一定的启示。
The New Keynesianism's unemployment theory micro-economically revealed the labor market inefficiency and reasons for non- -voluntary unemployment, and overcame the flaw of failing to consider the labor market while studying unemployment problems. The key assumption was the wages adhesiveness including the nominal wages adhesiveness and the real wages adhesiveness. The New Keynesianism explains the nominal wages adhesiveness with interlocking to adjust salaries and the long-term labor contracts; it elaborates the real wages adhesiveness with the implicit contract theory, the inner-outer theory and the efficiency wages theory. The New Keynesianism's unemployment theory has so strong policy meaning that jit throws light on us to solve the unemployment problem in our country.
