摘要
针对数据打孔的Ⅱ型HARQ协议提出了一种多层译码算法.与传统的两层译码算法相比,多层译码算法充分利用了重传码字的纠错能力,能够提高系统吞吐量.该文描述了如何利用密度演进算法分析LDPC编码的、采用多层译码算法的DP-HARQ协议的性能,分析和数值仿真结果表明,如果选择恰当的打孔率,在低信噪比范围内,多层译码算法可以明显提高系统的吞吐量.
A novel decoding algorithm, multi-level decoding, for data puncturing type-Ⅱ hybrid-ARQ protocol is proposed in this paper. Compared to the conventional two-level decoding, the proposed algorithm makes full use of errorcorrecting capability of each punctured codeword to improve the system performance. Performance evaluation for the multi-level decoding algorithm with density evolution is made. Analysis and numerical simulation results show that, if a proper puncturing rate is chosen, the multi-level decoding algorithm can improve the throughput performance by a few tenths of a decibel at lower SNR.
