This paper describes the technique of the applied parameter determination,according to the thought of Japanese professor Takuchi in his essay 'Quality Control aside from the Production Line', to solve the quality problems in the injection molding of the high impact PS with the engineering measures and quality gains after the parameters determined being discussed.
