投标文件之重要部分——技术标书编制的好坏直接关系到投标文件的质量。结合招投标工作的实践,详述了投标文件技术标书的编制技巧。
Compilation quality of the important part of tender document, i.e. technical tender document is crucial. In combination with the practice of bidding work, this paper expounds the compilation technique of technical tender document.
