摘要
水运通道为港区的重要集疏运方式之一,杭甬运河的规划建设为北仑港区的疏港提供了条件。针对北仑港区地理分布及在宁波港中所处位置,提出了水运疏港通道的4种可能方案。通过综合分析研究,最终提出实施方案,近期在江海直达运输起步阶段,以实施水陆中转方案为主,远期杭甬运河按Ⅲ级标准实施后,以江海直达方案为主,水陆中转方案作为补充。
Waterway is one of the important means of collecting & dispatching of ports, and the construction of Hang-Yong Canal has created favorable conditions for dispatching of cargoes at Beilun Harbor District. Considering the geographic distribution and location at Ningbo Port of Beilun Harbor District, four possible schemes for dispatching waterway were recommended, and at last the implementation scheme was determined based on a comprehensive analysis, i.e., for the near future, water-land transfer is preferred during the initiating stage of riversea direct transportation; for the far future, after Hang-Yong Canal is constructed according to class Ⅲ waterway standard, river-sea direct transport will be taken as the main scheme, supplemented with water-land transfer.
