矿用复合材料网假顶的研制

摘要 以有机硅烷前处理中碱玻璃纤维作增强材料,柔性高分子材料为基材,添加阻燃抗静电等助剂。玻璃纤维经胶液浸渍烘焙,编网定型制成矿用复合材料网假顶材料。讨论了强度、静电、阻燃等主要影响因素。 The composite network roof for mine has been formed with C glassfiber pretreated with silicone as inforcement, flexible polymer as matrix and the addition of such aids as flame retardant, antistat, with the glassfiber being impregnated in the adhesives, baked netted and falled into a pattern. And the main factors as the strength, static charge and flame retardance are also discussed.
