摘要
【目的】探讨多层螺旋CT检查及其后重建功能在诊断肋骨骨折中的价值。【方法】50例胸部外伤患者均行CR及多层螺旋CT检查,并应用不同的方法后重建,对比观察和分析骨折的位置、数量及合并其他病变。【结果】50例患者中,CR发现肋骨骨折121处,CT检查共发现肋骨骨折162处。多层螺旋CT轴位图像、冠状位、矢状位重组图像及MPR图像可清晰的显示骨折线的数目、错位情况及判断骨折系新鲜或陈旧性,同时观察邻近组织及其它脏器的损伤情况。VR图像可准确定位骨折部位。【结论】在肋骨骨折的诊断中多层螺旋CT检查在定位、定性及发现邻近组织及其它脏器损伤情况方面明显优于CR,这对于临床救治、工伤及司法鉴定具有重要价值。
[Objective]To explore the value of post-imaging treatment of MSCT (multi-slice spiral CT) in the diagnoses of rib fracture. [Methods] Fifty cases with thoracic trauma were examined with MSCT and CR examination, and reconstructed in a variety of ways. The location, number and circumjacent pathological changes were observed and analyzed. [Results] 121 rib fracturea in 50 patients was found by CR, while 162 rib fracturea with MSCT. MSCT axial images, coronary and sagittal reconstruction images as well as MPR images could show dearly the fracture line, the number of fracture, displacement and an the condition of headling. Meanwhile trauma of the surrounding tissue and other viscera could also be shown dearly. VR images could detect the fracture position accurately. [Conclusions] MSCT exam is superior to CR in detecting rib fracture. It shows clearly the orientation, determines the nature, the condition of trauma of surrounding tissue and other viscera. MSCT has important value in clinical treatment, industrial injury and forensic medicione.
