Through researching the signification of reconstruct planning of university and college＇ s old school area and analyzing the present condition of domestic and internation of the high school campus planning to indicate that it is very necessary to carry on the reconstruct planning of university and college＇s old school area, in order to promote reconstructive planning studies of old campus in colleges and universities, and to promote the development of old campus.
