小箱梁外观质量控制浅析

Quality control of small pile appearance

以郑州—石人山高速公路建设中预制生产的小箱梁为分析对象,探讨了目前小箱梁普遍存在的外观质量通病及其产生的原因,并从原材料、混凝土配合比、混凝土振捣及浇筑施工工艺、钢筋骨架保护层等方面提出了质量控制措施,为类似小箱梁的生产施工提供了参考。

Taking the example of preproducing small pile on highway from Zhengzhou to Shirenshan, the current common quality disease existed in appearance and its reasons are discussed in this article. From raw material, concrete mixing rate, quashing and pouring constructing crafts, steel frame protecting layer, quality controlling measures are brought forward, so as to offer reference for familiar construction.
