摘要
针对预应力混凝土梁板在施工中出现的梁端顶底板纵向裂缝、锚下混凝土碎裂、梁体侧弯、起拱过大及预应力损失过大等质量缺陷,分析其成因,并提出了相应的防患措施,以确保梁板预制安装工程质量。
Quality defects encountered in construction process of prestressed concrete beam-and-slab such as longitudinal cracks produced in roof floor at the end of beam, lateral bending of beam, large spring quantum, large loss of prestress and so on are analyzed, at the same time corresponding prevention measures are proposed in order to ensure prefabrication and installation quality of concrete beam and slab.
