摘要
针对我国业主方普遍忽视设计阶段造价管理的现象,指出了设计阶段是造价管理的关键环节,并提出了设计阶段进行造价管理的措施和要点,从而有效控制工程造价,提高投资效益和经济效益。
In light of the phenomenon that owners always ignore cost management in design stage in our country, the author points out that design stage is the key link of cost management, and proposes measures and essentials to carry out cost management in design stage, in order to effectively control construction cost and increase investment benefits and economic benefits.
