摘要
针对招标、投标、评标、定标实施过程中存在的问题,就茂名市建设工程常用的评标方式做了一些分析,并对"A+B"值评标法和经济评审合理低价法的评分过程、各自的优缺点进行了介绍,为评标、定标实施提供了参考依据。
According to problems in execution process such as submiting a tender, inviting a bid, fixing a bid and evaluating a tender, it analyzes common evaluating methods of constructing project in Maoming, introduces the evaluating process of A＋ B tender-evaluating method and economic low cost method as well as their defects, which offer reference for the execution of fixing a bid and evaluating a tender.
