摘要
针对噪音对人类的影响,就施工企业如何保证在正常施工的前提下,不影响周边建筑物的正常使用,从而对做到文明施工进行了论述,指出施工企业应优化施工进度,提高施工工艺,以减少噪音对人类的危害。
According to noise＇s effect to human, it discusses on how to construct politely based on ensuring common construction and not affecting the normal use of constructions around, points out constructing enterprises should optimize the constructing prograss, and rasie the constructhng crafts, so as to reduce noise＇s harm to human.
