100例患儿家属护理需求及满意度调查

A survey of relatives＇ demands and their satisfaction degrees of 100 childhood patients for nursing care

[目的]了解患儿家属的护理需求及满意度情况，以帮助指导儿科护理工作，提高护理质量。[方法]采用患儿家属护理需求及满意度问卷对100例患儿家属进行调查。[结果]患儿家属认为优质护理照顾需求的满足最为重要；其次是沟通与信息需求；尊重需求相对次要；情感支持需求方面要求最低。其满意度排序与需求程度排序基本一致，总体满意程度低于需求程度。[结论]护理服务质量与患儿家属的需求程度有一定差距，护理质量有待于进一步提高。

Objective： To know the demands of the relatives of childhood patients on nulsing care and their satisfaction degree, to help to guide nursing work in pediatric department, so as to enhance quality of nursing of pediatric department. Method： A total of 100 childhood patients＇ family members were investigated by filling out family member nursing demands and satisfaction questionnaires. Result. Family members of childhood patients think the most important thing is to meet their satisfaction for good nursing care, Family members＇ demand for communication and information is in the second place. Respect is relative less important for them. And their demand for emotional support is in the least. The order of their satisfaction degree was in accordance with their demands in orders. General satisfaction degree of family members was lower than their demands degree. Conclusion. Quality of nursing care can not fully meet the needs of family members of childhood patients, which is need to be improved in the future,
