In modern society, the high frequency of crisis occurrence makes the crisis management become a hot research topic. In recent years, the crisis legal system and mechanism of our country have been developing rapidly. And the crisis sense of government departments, social organizations and the public has been improved a lot. Under this background, as a public institution,the library needs to change its management concept and attach more importance to crisis management.
