抗乙肝特异胎盘转移因子治疗慢性乙型肝炎的Ⅱ期临床对比观察

The Efficacy Of Anti-hepatitis B Placenta Specific Tarnsfer Factor In Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitls B

应用抗乙肝特异胎盘转移因子治疗慢性乙型肝炎28例。结果发现抗乙肝特异胎盘转移因子治疗组的HBeAg、HBV－DNA阴转率及抗HBe阳转率在治疗结束时分别为53．6％、50．0％和42.9％，均显著高于正常胎盘转移因子治疗组（9．1％，P＜0．05）和空白对照组（6．3％，P＜0．01）；随访3个月均为46．2％，均显著高于空白对照组（8.7％，P＜0.01）。正常胎盘转移因子治疗组和猪苓多糖加乙肝疫苗治疗组与空白对照组相比均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。提示抗乙肝特异胎盘转移因子是一种有效、价廉、使用方便的抗乙型肝炎病毒药物。

In order to observe the treatment efficacy of antihepatitis B placenta specific transfer factor (PSTF), 28 patients with chronic hepatitis B are adiministered PSTF, 3. 2 mg, IM, daily for 3 mo; 20 cases are received normal placenta transfer factor; 11 patients are administrated 'ZhuLingDuoTang' and hepatitis B vaccine ; and 32 cases are used as controll group. All patients are seropositive of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV-DNA.The rate of HBeAg disappearing, HBV-DNA clearing and anti-HBe seroconversing in PSTF group are 53. 6%,50. 0% and 42. 9 %,respectively; are significantly higher than normal placenta transfer factor group (9. 1 %,P <0. 05) and controll group (6. 3%,P<0. 01); when follow up 3 mo, all above rates are 46. 2%, are still significantly higher than controll group. All above parameters in normal placenta transfer factor group and 'ZhuLingDuoTang' plus hepatitis B vaccine group are not significantly higher than controll group (P>0. 05).These results suggested that PSTF was an effective, cheap and easly used anti-hepatitis B virus drug.
