摘要
《国际海运危险货物规则》第3.4章对限量内危险货物的运输要求作出了规定。海事管理机构根据该规则对限量内危险货物实施监督管理,这些管理包括对进出口申报的审批,现场监管等,以保障船舶的营运安全。
Chapter 3.4 of《International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code》roles the transport request of dangerous goods in limited quantities. According to the clause of IMDG code, administration is responsible for the surveillance of dangerous goods in limited quantities, include location surveillance and examining and approving for declared of imports and exports, for the purpose of ship＇s safe transport.
