摘要目的探讨运动康复护理对心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法81例患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组41例,在常规治疗护理基础上采用运动康复训练4周;对照组40例,给予常规治疗护理4周。结果治疗护理4周后,实验组与对照组均有心率下降、血压降低、心脏回缩、射血分数增加、6 min步行距离延长的表现,但实验组与对照组及同组治疗护理前后上述指标间比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组较对照组同组间比较改善结果更为明显。结论对心力衰竭患者实施运动康复护理可明显改善患者的心功能状况,是一种积极有效的护理方法,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To appraise the outcome of exercise rehabilitation nursing on patients with heart failure. Methods Eighty-one patients with HF were divided into 2 groups at random. Forty-one patients in the experimental group received routine therapy and exercise rehabilitation nursing for 4 weeks;forty patients in the control group received routine therapy only for 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the heart rates,blood pressure,left ventriclar function and the six-minute walk test were all improved in both groups, with the improvement in the experimental group much greater than that in the control group and that after treatment better than before treatment （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation nursing is an effective method for improving the cardiac function in patients with heart failure and is worth populating.
