Hospital Infection in Operating Room System:Control and Management

目的加深对医院感染的控制与管理,认识其重要性,作好洁净手术室系统的消毒隔离工作。方法通过科室自查与医院感染控制科随机抽查相结合,建立系统的规章制度,加强人员培训和管理,通过各种监测查找不足,及时进行分析整改和总结。结果根据洁净手术室系统的特点,制定了控制医院感染的对策,使各项监控指标均在正常范围内。结论医院感染的控制和管理工作极其重要,只有健全制度,加强对洁净手术室系统各环节的科学控制与管理才能使手术感染率降低。

Objective To intensify the controlling and management of infection in operating room of hospital and to understand its importance,in an attempt to improve the disinfection and isolation in the operating room. Methods By combining self-check with random check in hospital, we established systemic regulation and intensified staff training and management. We also searched for the shortcomings and made up for them timely. Results The measures of infection control in operating room were established according to the characteristics of operating room. All the indices were within the normal range. Conclusion It is very important to control and manage hospital infection. Only complete regulation and scientific management can well reduce operation infection.
