摘要
文章从认识论的角度考察了图书馆学中用户与图书馆员之间复杂的关系,并认为存在着五种形态:阅读教化论、客观中立论、用户中心论、监督控制论以及分层立场论。通过对五种形态的梳理,确立了走向多元论是用户与图书馆员关系的趋势与表现。
TThis paper discusses the complicated relationship between users and librarians from the epistemological view, insisting on existing five types of relationship in library history in which including civilization, neutralism, user-centered, surveillance and stratification standpoint theory. Through the discussion, this paper considers pluralism is the trend of relationship between users and librarans.
