Since it has entered for the 21st century, following unceasing enhancement of information consciousness in all levels governments, as well as widespread application of information technology in government service; information management theory starts to arouse the government crisis management department＇s interest. Under this background, many scholars also in abundance begin to study the information management theory in the government crisis management application, and have had the massive research suits. Combing these research results, there is no doubt to be advantageous to us to understand and grasp the newest researech tendency and the development tendency in this domain,and also to be advantageous to use information resources in the government crisis management.
