Application of Mitochondrial DNA in Domestic Animals Genetics and Breeding

对线粒体DNA的数目、大小、基本结构、多态性及其研究方法、遗传特性等方面进行了论述,并进一步阐述了线粒体DNA的多态性在家畜遗传育种中的应用现状。

The number, size, structure of mitoehondrial DNA, the polymorphisms and research methods, and the genetic characteristics of mtDNA have been detailed in this paper. Furthermore, the application of its polymorphisms in Domestic animals genetics and breeding aspect have been described.
