摘要
目的探讨氯沙坦对x综合症大鼠糖脂代谢的影响.方法采用高果糖饲料饲养两肾一夹SD大鼠4周,诱导建立x综合症模型,实验随机分为对照组;x综合症组;对照组+氯沙坦组;x综合症组+氯沙坦组.每周检测各组尾动脉收缩压,于12周末采血测定各组血糖、血脂、血胰岛素水平,同时计算胰岛素敏感指数.结果x综合症组+氯沙坦组与x综合症组对比,氯沙坦降低了收缩压(P<0.01)、空腹血糖(8.01 mmol/l vs13.81 mmol/lP<0.01)、、甘油三酯(0.88 mmol/l vs 1.53 mmol/lP<0.01)、总胆固醇(0.79 mmol/l vs 1.57mmol/lP<0.01),升高了胰岛素敏感指数(-5.71 vs-6.40P<0.05).结论氯沙坦能降低x综合症大鼠的血压,减轻胰岛素抵抗,纠正糖、脂代谢紊乱.表1,图1,参12.
Aim To investigate the effect of losartan on sugar and lipid metabolism in syndrome x rats. Methods: syndrome X was produced by two- kindey, one -cliped(2K1C)rats fed with high fructose diet for 4 weeks. The rats were randomly divided into four groups: Control, Syndrome X, Control + Losartan and Syndrome X + Losartan. Systolic blood pressure(SBP) was measured each week, fasting blood sugar( FBS), blood lipid, and the level of fast serum insulin(FSI) were measured respectively in groups at the time of 12 weekend,insulin sensitive index(ISI)was also calculated. Results:comparing Syndrome X + losartan group with Syndrome X group,losartan decreased systolic blood pressure ( P 〈 0.01 ) , fasting blood Sugar ( 8.01 mmol/l vs 13.81 mmol/l P 〈 0.01 ), triglyceride (0.88 mmol/l vs 1.53 mmol/l P 〈 0.01 ), blood total cholesterol(0.79 mmol/ l vs 1.57 mmol/l P 〈0.01 ) ,raised insulin sensitive index( -5.71 vs -6.40 P 〈0.05). Conclusion:losartan can reduce BP, to improve insulin resistance and correct the abnormity of sugar and lipid metabolism in syndrome x rats. 1tabs. ,12refs.
