摘要
T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因子1(Tiam1)是RhoA、Rac1和Cdc42等Rho样GTPase的鸟核苷酸交换因子,主要通过Tiam1-Rac1介导的各种信号转导途径实现信号调控,具有调节细胞骨架结构重组,影响细胞的形体极化过程,促进细胞运动和迁移,参与基因表达调控、细胞增殖与凋亡等生物学功能。研究表明,Tiam1过表达与肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关,其分子生物学基础主要基于:Tiam1与肿瘤"细胞骨架-黏附分子-细胞外基质"跨膜系统的相互作用。
As a guanine nucleotide exchange factor of Rho-like GTPases such as RhoA, Racl and Cdc42,T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor 1 (Tiaml) can implement signal regulation by many signal transduction pathway mediated by Tiaml-Rac1 ,which has many biological function in regulating recombination of cell skeleton, affecting polarization of cell morphage, promoting cell move and immigration, participating in regulation of gen expression, cell proliferation and apoptosis and so on. Studies showed that overexpression of Tiaml has closely relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis, of which the molecular biological basis is depended on Tiaml and cell skeleton -adhesion molecule of tumor.
