摘要 铁作为机体必需的营养元素,起着重要的生物学功能。但是铁过多也会对细胞和组织产生危害。病毒性肝炎患者常有铁代谢的异常,甚至有严重的肝铁蓄积。肝铁蓄积不仅加重肝损害,而且可能影响干扰素的应答。本文就病毒性肝炎铁代谢异常近年的研究进展进行综述。 Iren is an essential nutrient with crucial biological function although too much iron is harmful to cells and tissues.. Patients with viral hepatitis often has abnormal iron metabolism, and even serious intrahepatic iron accumulation, which not only accelerate liver injury, but also maybe interfere the response of interferon This article reviews research progesses about iron metabuhsm abnormality in viral hepatitis in recent years.
