摘要
心脏病是危害人民健康的主要疾病之一,对心功能都有不同程度的损害。监测这些改变,及时了解患者的病情,对治疗决策、疗效和预后的判断均十分重要。核素显像测定心功能是一种成熟可靠的无创性方法,能够提供心室大小、心肌灌注、心脏收缩和舒张功能等多方面的信息,有助于对心功能异常做出早期诊断和治疗。随着正电子发射计算机体层显像技术(PET)和高分辨力PET/CT在临床应用逐渐增多,核素显像测定心功能的结果将更为准确、可靠。
Heart disease is one of main diseases harming people's health, which has different injury to heart function. Monitoring theses changes is very important to know the pathegenetic conditions of patients in time, as well as to judge the therapeutic methods, curative efficacy and prognosis. Radionuclide imaging is a mature and reliable noninvasive method in detecting heart function, which can provide many information in ventricular size,myocardial perfusion, systole and diastolic function of heart, which will be helpful to the early diagnosis and treatment for heart dysfunction. With the more and more application of PET and PET/CT with high definition, using radionuclide imaging to detect heart function will be more accurate and reliable.
